As Europe moves from designing carbon farming frameworks to implementing them in practice, the discussions at the Summits reflect a field entering a more operational phase. Across its first three editions, the Summit has become a recognised platform for dialogue demonstrating the growing momentum around carbon farming in Europe.

The Summits highlighted the importance of creating spaces where diverse stakeholders can bridge science, policy, markets and practice, build trust, and collaborate on solutions that support climate mitigation, soil health and resilient agricultural systems.

During three days of discussions, participants explore the central challenges facing carbon farming today including financing, demand creation, robust monitoring systems, and the integration of broader environmental and social outcomes.

After each Summit, the project experts publish a series of documents, covering the main insights and the recommendations emerging from the Summit’s parallel sessions, bringing together practical guidance and reflections from across the European carbon farming community.
